All cancelations must be made via email to aims@ecri.org.uk. Cancellations received prior to 3rd October 2008 will receive a full refund of meeting registration fees. Cancellations received after 3rd October 2008 will forfeit 100% of meeting registration fees. Fees not already paid to ECRI Institute will still be due and payable.
